We regret that we can no longer accept general questions via email. The problem is that we run this site out of our own pocket and on our own time in an effort to help animals in trouble. However, the world is full of scumbags and we receive ridiculous amounts of spam each day (because we have had our address posted) and all that mail has to be sifted through. Our host has a poor email client that does a bad job of filtering and despite all my efforts to use filtering, too much gets through.

If you have a genuine toad emergency or inquiry that is not an emergency, you can do one of three things: either post a question on the forum I provided for this site, become a member of our totally free Yahoo group or use the form below. Our group is a toad discussion forum and you can post photos, databases of your pets, etc. You can set the group settings to only receive "special notices", of which I normally only send about 4 a year. This way, our group doesn't give you too much extra email to deal with. We have nice people on the group who can answer your questions, as well as me.

I am always happy to receive new toad pictures for the site, but spam filters sometimes do not allow me to send instructions, so again, use the forum or the group.
